At least eight persons were injured today in a clash between supporters of Congress and Trinamool Congress over erecting a tea stall near Joynagar police station.
The police said they clashed with sticks and one person was critically injured.
He was later shifted to Kolkata, the police said.
Congress has called 12-hour Joynagar bandh tomorrow to protest against the incident.
