Eight leading builders from TN among dead in Nepal plane crash

The nineteen persons who were killed in the air crash near Kathmandu on Sunday include eight leading builders from Trichy in Tamil Nadu.

“After the meeting, all of us, except those from Trichy returned to Chennai on Saturday. They  went to Nepal for sight seeing,” JR Sethuramalingam, vice-president, BAI told DNA. He said the Trichy group were all in the 35 to 50 age group. “Some of them were experienced engineering valuers from Tamil Nadu,” he said.   

The names of the persons from Trichy who lost their lives are MV Marathachalam, M Manimaran, VM Kanakasabesan, AK Krishnan, RM Meenakshi Sundaram, K Thyagarajan, T Dhanasekaran and Kat
