Former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee has been admitted to AIIMS, reports news agency ANI. According to reports, he has been admitted on the advice of doctors. Former PM Vajpayee will be under the supervision of AIIMS director Randeep Guleria, who is a pulmonologist.
Vajpayee is 93 years old and has been suffering from several physical complications for some time. He has been out of public life for close to a decade. The only time he ventures out is during his routine check-ups at AIIMS.
According to latest update, former PM Vajpayee's situation continues to remain stable. A set of tests are being conducted under the supervision of AIIMS Director.
