Fire broke out on the first floor of the 10-storeyed Manyata Tech Park in Bangalore today, but there were no casualties as all those in the building were evacuated, fire service officials said."All those working in the building were evacuated immediately and there are no casualties," T N Shivshankar, regional fire officer (Bangalore North) said.The fire broke out around 9.45am following a short circuit in the electric panel room, where 30 batteries used for the Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) were placed, he said.Six fire vehicles rushed to the spot and doused the flames, he said.In February, nine persons were killed and several injured following a blaze in Carlton Towers at Airport Road.
