Five members of a marriage party were killed and 12 others injured when the mini bus carrying them fell into a road side ditch in Bihar's Samastipur district, police said today.
The accident occured near Khanpur police station last night when the driver lost control over the vehicle.
All the five died on the spot, the police said adding the injured were admitted to a nearby hospital where the condition of the three was stated to be critical.
