Five persons chargesheeted for selling off migrant property in Kashmir

The house of Chuni Lal Koul, who lives outside the state, was sold off to the complainant by the accused on the basis of forged documents.

Crime branch of Jammu and Kashmir police has chargesheeted five persons accused of duping a man of Rs11.25 lakh by fraudulenty selling to him a house belonging to a Kashmiri Pandit who lives outside the valley.
    
The chargesheet against the accused was filed in the court of chief judicial magistrate here yesterday for having fradulently obtained an amount of Rs11.25 lakh from the complainant against the sale of migrant property, a police spokesman said today.
