Four anti-socials were today lynched by a mob at Chakpahad village of Bihar's Samastipur district, police said
A section of villagers caught hold of the four when they were trying to escape after forcibly taking possession of a motorcycle from a man at gun point.
The angry villagers beat them to death, superintendent of police, Ajitabh Kumar said.
The local police soon rushed to the spot and took possession of the bodies, he said. Police recovered four pistols and nine rounds of ammunition from the slain.
