Hindupur Lok Sabha constituency: Candidates for 2019 LS poll, past results, all updates

TDP's Kristappa Nimmala is the sitting MP in Hindupur. He had secured 604291 votes in 2014 and defeated Duddukunta Sreedhar Reddy of the YSR Congress with a margin almost 1 lakh votes. Lok Sabha election 2019 will be held in 7 phases and the result will be declared on May 23.

Hindupur Lok Sabha Constituency: Hindupur will go to polls on April 11 along with 24 other Lok Sabha constituencies in Andhra Pradesh. In the forthcoming elections, the contest here is going to be among BJP’s Pogala Venkata Parthasarthi, Congress’ KT Sreedhar, YSR Congress Party's Gorantla Madav and TDP’s Nimmala Kristapp. The counting of votes will be done on May 23.

Hindupur Lok Sabha results in 2014, 2009 and 2004

2014: Kristappa Nimmala of the TDP secured 604291 votes. He thrashed Duddukunta Sreedhar Reddy of the YSR Congress who received 506966 votes. 
 
2009: Once again in 2009, K Nimmala of the TDP  received 435753 votes and he defeated P Khasim Khan of the Congress who got 412918 votes. 

2004: Nizamoddin of the Congress who got 419744 votes defeated B.K.Pardhasarathi of the TDP who secured 417094 votes. 

Lok Sabha elections in all the 25 constituencies in Andhra Pradesh will take place on April 11. Counting of votes will be held on May 23.
