Jammu and Kashmir police has today busted a Hizb-ul-Mujahideen "recruitment module" and arrested the chief recruiter of the militant outfit in Kishtiwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.With his arrest, a total of three members of the recruiting module working in the region have been arrested in the last one month.On a tip off, Rastriya Rifles troops and police today raided a hideout in Pinjrari forest belt of Kishtiwar district and arrested 50-year-old Fateh Mohd Akhun, superintendent of police, Kishtwar Dr Hasseb Moghal said.Fateh has been working as a front man of Hizb commander Subash through his associate militant Amir Kamal. While motivator of this module Azhar Ali and guide and carrier Irshad Ahmed Akhoon — a Rehbar-e-Taleem teacher were arrested last month, the hunt for main accused of the module ended today with the arrest of Fateh, he said.They were involved in motivating, carrying and handing over of teenager Junaid Ahmed Malik of Bhatindi in Jammu city to Hizb militant Kamal for his recruitment in Hizb cadres last month, he said adding, he was rescued.Police is interrogating him in this direction, they said, adding that efforts are on to make some more arrests.
