Karnataka Chief Minister DV Sadananada Gowda today sought cooperation of opposition Congress and JDS for smooth the functioning of the 10-day legislature session beginning tomorrow.
"... Without Opposition's cooperation smooth functioning of the session is not possible ... Opposition parties should extend cooperation ...," he told reporters on the sidelines of the inauguration of "Chitra Santhe", an art event organised by Karataka Chitrakala Parishath here.
Gowda said because of the support extended by the opposition, the government was able to conduct the last session smoothly. "This will bring honour not only to the ruling party, but also Opposition paries," he said.
