National Consumer Commission orders Rs1.72 crore compensation to a non-resident Indian doctor for his wife's death due to medical lapses in India in 1998. Three Kolkata doctors and the AMRI Hospital were ordered to pay Dr Kunal Saha between Rs40.40 lakh and Rs27 lakh each for his wife Anuradha's death.
