The Mayor of Kolkata Muncipal Corporation (KMC) Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya today distributed photo identity cards to hawkers.
The Mayor distributed cards to 31 hawkers in the KMC office.
The cards allow the hawker to sell their wares from the footpath and is valid for one year, Bhattacharya said.
