The central government and the intelligence agencies are responsible for the New Delhi blast that has killed 11 people so far, West Bengal's opposition Left Front said Wednesday.
“It (blast) was caused because of slackness of the central government and the intelligence agencies. It is their job to collect information and prevent such mishaps but they are not able to do so,” said Biman Bose, the Front's chairman.
In the wake of repeated bomb explosions in the country, the intelligence and security agencies need to coordinate and the government should find ways to check these, he said.
The explosion outside the Delhi high court Wednesday morning has injured 76 people.
