Armed men robbed an LIC branch manager of his car and other valuables, including Rs5,000 cash, in the district, police said here today.
Kuldeep Singh, the manager of an LIC branch in Meerut district, was on his way to his home state Punjab when he was waylaid by the armed men last evening.
The robbers then looted Singh's car, a mobile handset and Rs5,000 cash on a gunpoint, police said.
