Suspecting that she was having an illicit affair with another person, a man beheaded his wife in Uttar Pradesh's Shahjahanpur district, police said here today.
The incident took place yesterday at Punwaya area. 23-year-old Seema was beheaded by her husband Deepak, 28, on suspicion that she was having an extra-marital affair, they said.
Deepak was later arrested.
