Mecca Stampede: Sushma Swaraj tweets helpline numbers for pilgrims

Atleast two Indian pilgrims have been reported injured in the stampede.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted that action is being taken to help all Indian pilgrims stuck in the Mecca stampede. Swaraj is currently in Washington.

Sushma also tweeted the MEA helpline numbers. 

At least 717 people of different nationalities were killed and over 860 others, including two Indians, injured in a stampede today when Haj pilgrims jostled their way to perform symbolic stoning of the devil here, marking the culmination of the annual pilgrimage.
