Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar today greeted the people on the eve of Diwali.

"Let the festival which symbolises victory of good over evils bring peace, happiness and prosperity," Kumar said in his message.

"The festival this time is also important as it coincides with the greatest festival of democracy (election)," he said.

Kumar urged the people to take a pledge for building a 'glorious, beautiful and prosperous Bihar'.
