Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today met Governor NN Vohra here and discussed various issues relating to the state.
Issues like time-bound establishment of Panchayat Raj institutions, elections to urban local bodies, establishment of vigilance commission and enforcement of anti-corruption measures were discussed at the meeting held at Raj Bhavan here, an official spokesperson said.
Omar also briefed Vohra about security management issues and about his meetings with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and other central leaders during his recent visit to New Delhi.
