Awami Ithaad Party (AIP) Chairman Sheikh Abdul Rasheed, who represents Langate constituency of the border district of Kupwara in the Legislative Assembly, lambasted the government for ignoring people living in Keran and adjoining areas along the LoC in north Kashmir. “The least the government could have done was to provide concrete bunkers to the people and shifted the families well in time,” said Rasheed

Indian troops have foiled 61 Pakistan abetted infiltration bids both across LoC and IB since September 29.
