Parkash Singh Badal attacks Shiv Sena, says India is one
The Punjab chief minister trongly criticised Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray for his "Mumbai for Maharashtrians" remark.
Shiromani Akali Dal leader and Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal today strongly criticised Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray for his "Mumbai for Maharashtrians" remark and said India is one."India is one and everybody should live together and peacefully for a prosperous nation," he told reporters on the sidelines of a function here.Badal said that a large number of people in the country were living below poverty line and there was a dire need to work unitedly to make the nation stronger rather than "fighting on petty and baseless issues".
