The long-awaited project will also have commercial and office space.

Here's interesting news for those who are hunting for high-end apartment schemes in Satellite or Shivranjani area. Venus Infrastructure Ltd, a city-based real estate company, is coming up with a high-end scheme with a commercial complex and retail stores, at Aristovilla bungalow society located near Jodhpur crossroads.

Interestingly, the developers bought this society by paying over Rs40 crore to the bungalow owners. This was one of the highest paid society deals in Ahmedabad. Here, according to realty sources, each bungalow owner was paid around Rs1.65 crore.

Venus group has planned 48 apartment divided in two buildings. Each one will have 12 floors with a basement and ground parking facility. Sources said  that the project will be unique as it may have centrally air-conditioned apartments, modular kitchens with hi-tech security system and a swimming pool as well. The developers are also planning two-storied mechanical parking in the basement.
Market sources also claim that this was one of the most awaited schemes because of its strategic location. And that's why it took long for the developers to clear al hurdles before going ahead with the scheme. They have decided to build shops in the front of the 10,000 sq yard plot, which is facing the crossroads. The residential scheme will be behind this, protected from road-side noises and pollution.

Executive director of Venus Infra Ltd, Rajesh Vaswani said: "We were looking for something very up-market, and therefore we thought to go for residential-cum-commercial scheme so that the houses are not disturbed even though are on the road side."

"We are planning to sell the ground and first floors of the commercial building to jewellers. The rest of the floors will be sold as office space," Vaswani added. The size of the apartments will be of around 2700 sq feet that will have three and half bedroom hall kitchen (BHK). The cost of each apartment is estimated to be over Rs1.25 crore. This would mean that the rate of this apartment will be Rs4500 per sq feet. Market sources say that almost 30 per cent of the apartments are already booked.
