First time ever in the history of India a serving Prime Minister takes an initiative to write a book for students to help them cope with pre-exam nerves. Through his book Prime Minister Modi hopes to reach out to the youth of the nation and dealing with the inevitable exam stress and worry.
Since the time Narendra Modi has been elected as the prime minister of world’s largest democracy, he has always been in constant touch with students either through his sessions on ‘Mann Ki Baat’ or through addressing them in different colleges and schools.
'Exam Warriors,’ a book written by the PM Modi himself, teaches all the students on how to deal with heightened anxiety affecting a candidate before, during and after an examination.
The book majorly lays emphasis on how to deal with stress and anxiety at the time of examinations. It also talks about the value of practising yoga and how can yoga help to deal with pressure to perform well and excel in examinations. PM Modi through his book is trying to encourage students to take up education to gain knowledge and not just to score well.
The book will be launched by on 3rd February 2018. The book named Exam Warriors ‘talks about the ways in which students can tackle stress.
The book is being brought out by one of the leading publishing houses of India, Penguin Random House India. Penguin India has also released the cover page of the book today.
Earlier, this year Central Government had signed a MOU TITP Program (Technical Intern Training Program) for students 12th Pass, Graduate Pass, master’s Degree holder creating over 3 lakh job opportunities for students in Japan.
Setting up of a national digital library, provision of scholarship for differently abled to pursue technical education, connecting institutions of higher education to villages to solve the problems are some of the initiative taken by PM Modi and his government to take education in India to newer heights.
