GORAKHPUR: A real estate dealer was shot dead on Wednesday by unidentified assailants here, police said.
Property dealer Chandra Bhan, was returning home late last night when two motorcycle-borne persons intercepted him in Manas Vihar Colony and fled after firing at him.
Bhan, who was seriously injured, was rushed to BRD Medical College. He succumbed to his injuries in the wee hours on Wednesday; they said adding that a case has been registered.
