The controversial 'god woman' 'Radhe Maa', who has been accused in a dowry harassment case, has filed an anticipatory bail in the Mumbai sessions court.
Television actor and former devotee of controversial the god woman, Dolly Bindra, had earlier on Thursday written to the Mumbai Police Commissioner complaining that she has received threatening calls and said that she suspected Radhe Maa's involvement in the matter.
On Sunday, the Mumbai Police had issued summons to Radhe Maa for recording her statement in connection with a dowry harassment case and she has to appear within four days at the Kandivali Police station.
The self-proclaimed 'god woman' became the talk of the town for her pictures in a short skirt that went viral on social media. She has also been accused by a 32-year-old woman of instigating her in-laws to demand dowry.
Meanwhile, television actor and former devotee of Radhe Maa, Dolly Bindra has written to the Mumbai Police Commissioner complaining that she has received threatening calls.
"I am getting life-threatening calls and I doubt on Radhe Maa, MM Gupta, and Asaram's followers over it. I have filed a complaint and the police will investigate the matter," said Bindra
