A prominent Jat leader and ex Barmer MP, Harish, before filing papers, took out a road show exhibiting his strength and addressed a mass rally claiming his candidature from the party. "He filed four sets of papers as Congress candidate," his aide said.
Another leader who seem-ed to be in a hurry in filing papers is Hemaram Choudhary. He filed his papers from Gudamalani seat of Barmer. Hemaram is AICC (All India Congress Committee) member and served as revenue minister in the last Gehlot government. Both leaders are confident of getting symbols after release of the list. "The list was to come out on Monday, but due to differences has been held back," a source said.
