Chief Electoral Officer Ajay Kumar Shukla said that the election notification will be issued on October 20. The last date for nomination will be October 27, and the nomination papers will be scrutinized on October 28. Candidates can withdraw their nomination by November 2, and voting time is 9 AM to 4 PM on November 9. Counting will be done on this day. Elections will be held before November 11.

The term of BJP's Neeraj Shekhar, Arun Singh, and Union Housing and Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Samajwadi Party Professor Ram Gopal Yadav, Dr. Chandrapal Singh Yadav, and Ravi Prakash Verma, Veer Singh, Congress's PL Punia, Javed Ali Khan and Raja Ram of Bahujan Samaj Party from Uttar Pradesh ends on November 25.
