Congress workers and leaders of Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee (RPCC) on Thursday celebrated the 40th birthday of RPCC president Sachin Pilot by holding various felicitation programmes here and in other district office across the city.
The pink city saw heavy traffic jams near Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) office after workers thronged to the office to wish him. Enthralled by such warmed greetings the leader thanked each worker and took selfies with them too.Most affected were the roads from Sikar road and adjoining areas of Chandpole where the PCC officer. The traffic life was completely paralyzed for hours buy huge flow of the supporters.
It was a show of strength by the young leader who may be Chief Ministerial candidate upcoming assembly election if he gets 'full' support from the party high command. Several leaders from Tonk, Dausa, Sawai Madhopur and Alwer came to the PCC office to greet him. A stage was set up at the PCC officer where leaders garlanded him wishing him birthday.
On the occasion of his birthday the young leader thanked supporters and leaders who came to wish him and he repeated that party will fight for the cause of masses.
