Sai Baba still critical, continues to be on ventilator support

'He is still on ventilator support. A cycle of slow hemodialysis has been completed on him this morning,' said AN Safaya, director, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences.

Sathya Sai Baba continues to be in a very critical condition today, doctors attending on him said.

"Sai Baba continues to be in the same clinical condition as yesterday. He continues to be very critical," AN Safaya, director, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, said in a medical bulletin issued here.

"He is still on ventilator support. A cycle of slow hemodialysis has been completed on him this morning," it said.

A panel of doctors is monitoring him round-the-clock.

Sai Baba, 86, was hospitalised on March 28 following problems related to heart and respiration.
