A seven-day session of Tripura Assembly will commence from March 2, official sources said here today.     The House will commence with the speech of governor DY Patil, according to members of Business Advisory Committee (BAC).     Though, it is supposed to be Budget session, the government will not submit full-fledged Budget instead finance minister Badal Chowdhury will seek Vote on Account and supplementary grants for first quarters of the next fiscal (2010-11).     The move not to place full-Budget has been taken as the government is not aware about its share from the 13th Finance Commission.    "It would be better for the state to prepare and place the full-budget after getting the confirmation of the state's outlay for next five fiscal year under the tenure of 13th Finance Commission," said an official of Finance department.
