Similar applications were moved by other accused including suspended IPS officer DG Vanzara and others before the special CBI court of additional chief judicial magistrate AI Rawal on last Saturday.

In the applications, Shah and others have asked for video recording of the meeting between accused Yashpal Chudasama, Ajay Patel, suspended IPS officer Abhay Chudasama with two witnesses, builders Raman Patel and  his brother Dashrat Patel at the city-based Rifle Club that took place last year.

Shah and others have contended that though they have the transcripts of the video recording, as accused they had right to have copies of video recording of the meeting which was filmed using hidden camera.

Further hearing on Shah's application is scheduled for hearing tomorrow.
