Hardline Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani today termed as "imperialistic mindset" the statement of external affairs minister SM Krishna on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

"Every part of Jammu and Kashmir as it existed on August 14, 1947 is a disputed territory. It includes PoK, Gilgit, Baltistan, Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions," Geelani said in a statement in Srinagar.

He claimed Krishna's demand for withdrawal of Pakistani troops from PoK reflected the "imperialistic mindset and rigid stand of government of India on Kashmir issue".

Meanwhile, the hardline faction of Hurriyat has modified its agitation schedule exempting Saturday and Sunday from protests and strikes.

Hurriyat had called for protests and strikes on September 25 and 26.
