A teenaged girl was raped allegedly by the owner of a placement agency in the national capital, the police said today.
The 17-year-old girl from Orissa, who came to Delhi 18 months ago, claimed that she was raped allegedly by Ram Lakhan, the placement agency owner, in December last year.
Lakhan was arrested recently.
