Frenzied fans of Formula One today faced massive traffic snarls on the Expressway here on their way to the race venue.
At the park and ride facility for the event, the motorsport fans encountered long queues for parking their vehicles and boarding the feeder buses available to ferry them to the main circuit.
Traffic was smooth on the eight-lane DND (Delhi NOIDA Direct) flyway, however, near Film City, vehicle movement was slow at 20 kmph till Mahamaya flyover.
Additional buses were arranged by the organisers today yet the huge rush of spectators rendered the service inadequate.
