Two girls allegedly committed suicide following examination-related stress here, police said today.
Pooja Parihar, a second year BA student, and a BBA student Nisha Yadav committed suicide by hanging themselves at their respective residences in Rajajipuram and Chinhat area yesterday, they said.
In her suicide note, Pooja has expressed her regret over failing to live upto her parents expectations in her studies.
Family member's of Nisha said that she was disturbed and not satisfied with her BBA examination held recently.
In the other incident, perturbed over family tension, a 22-year-old youth Anup Kumar allegedly committed suicide by consuming sulphas tablets.
