Two narcotic smugglers were arrested and one kilogram of charas was recovered from their possession in Jammu city, police said here today.
On a tip off, police intercepted a motorcycle in City Chowk area here and arrested two smugglers with one kilogram of cannabis last evening, they said.
The smugglers have been identified as Garu Ram of Jammu and Savera Ram of Punjab, they said, a case under NDPS Act has been registered against the duo.
Both of them told police that were supplying charas to local youth in the city.
