Two suspected Maoists held in West Bengal

Churaram Soren and Rampada Mandi, both in their 30s, were picked up from the house their relatives in Jamdangra village last night.

Two suspected Maoists were arrested from Jamdangra village under Simlapal police station of Bankura district, the police said today.
           
Churaram Soren and Rampada Mandi, both in their 30s, were picked up from the house their relatives in the village last night.
           
The duo was suspected to have taken part in a recent attack on a police camp in the district.
           
Being produced before a local court, they were remanded to five days jail custody.
