A local court has directed the police to lodge an FIR against nine persons, including BSP MLA from Bilsi and three policemen, for allegedly implicating the kin of a rape victim in a fake case.

The court ordered to lodge the FIR against MLA Yogendra Sagar, his relatives Tejendra Sagar, Meenu Sharma and Surendra Kumar, Sasuwan Deputy Superintendent of Police Sensar Pal Singh, Station Officer Bilsi Ram Prakash, Sub-Inspector Krishna Autar Shukla and two others.

Yogendra Sagar is an accused in abduction and rape of a student Jyoti Sharma.

The CJM directed the police to lodge the FIR for fabricating the abducting case and procuring sim card on the basis of fake identities.
