Television channel NDTV claimed that tainted former Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa will be reinstated as the chief minister.

Television channel NDTV on Wednesday claimed that tainted former Chief Minister of Karnataka, BS Yeddyurappa will be reinstated as the chief minister.

The channel said its sources indicated that BJP has decided to make Yeddyurappa the Chief Minister of Karnataka again.

The BJP core committee had decided to meet on Wednesday in Delhi to decide the fate of Yeddyurappa who is camping in a luxury resort with 66 BJP MLAs threatening to bring down the Sadananda Gowda government if he is not reinstated as the chief minister.
