1984 anti-Sikh riots: Rajiv Gandhi’s office gave instructions to kill Sikhs, claims HS Phoolka

Senior advocate HS Phoolka made serious allegations on Congress party over 1984 anti-Sikh riots. He said that it was directly Rajiv Gandhi’s office that was giving the instructions to kill the Sikhs in Delhi. He also added that the Army was not called on the instructions of Prime Minister’s Office. “In 1984 when the Sikhs were being killed, the instruction was directly coming from PMO. The Army was not called on the instruction of the PMO,” said Phoolka. The senior advocate also alleged that due to the sheer power of the then government, the evidences were suppressed.
