Bihar: Beggar accepts money digitally through QR Code hung around his neck

A beggar in Bettiah of Bihar was seen accepting money digitally on February 06. He was seen with a QR Code hung around his neck which can be scanned to give him money. He was using payment methods like PhonePe for the transactions.
