BMW Hit-And-Run Case: Rajesh Shah, Father Of Main Accused Mihir Shah Gets Bail, Accused On The Run

Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah gets bail, son Mihir still absconding. The political leader was granted bail by the Sewree Court. However, the Shah family’s driver, Rajrishi Bidawat, was sent to police custody for a day. This news comes a day after the same court remanded Rajesh Shah in 14-day judicial custody. On June 2, Mihir Shah, son of Rajesh Shah, allegedly drove the car that killed 45-year-old Kaveri Nakhwa and injured her husband. The police are searching for Mihir, whose location remains unknown.
