Congress MLA Pargat Singh accuses Punjab CM of threatening him

Congress MLA Pargat Singh accuses Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh of threatening him. He said, “I got a call from Captain Sandeep Sandhu on night of Thursday. He said that he called me to deliver a message from CM Amarinder Singh. He delivered me a threatening message. I asked him thrice if this message is from Captain Amarinder Singh."
