Hathras Stampede Incident: Was There A Conspiracy Behind Hathras Stampede Incident? | Hathras News Aligarh IG Shalabh Mathur announced that the police have arrested six individuals in connection with the tragic Hathras stampede incident and are investigating whether it might have been part of a conspiracy. He stated that a reward of ₹1 lakh has been announced for the arrest of the main accused, Prakash Madhukar. According to IG Shalabh Mathur, “Six people, including four men and two women, have been arrested in the incident. They all are members of the organizing committee and worked as 'Sevadars'. When the stampede occurred, the six servitors who are now arrested had run away from the site. Rs 1 lakh reward is being announced on the arrest of the main accused Prakash Madhukar. Soon, a non-bailable warrant will be issued against him. We will also investigate if this incident occurred due to a conspiracy.”
