Operation underway to douse fire in Delhi’s Tikri Kalan PVC market

Fire fighting operations are underway in a godown of Delhi’s Tikri Kalan PVC market where a fire broke out on Sunday night (July 11). Around 40 fire tenders are deployed at the spot. “The fire was categorised in the medium category. Currently, 40 fire tenders are present at the spot. It has been spread in an area of 10 acres including the adjoining area. It might take around 3-4 hours to douse the fire,” said a fire official. No casualty has been reported so far.
