IPL 2020: From Jason Holder's exceptional bowling to Moeen Ali's run-out on free hit - Moments during SRH vs RCB

Fans saw Virat Kohli walk in to open alongside Devdutt Padikkal after they were put to bat first by SRH. However, the RCB skipper did not stay for long and was soon send back by pacer Jason Holder. 

Holder had shortened his length and got the ball to nip back into the right-hander. Kohli (6 off 7 balls) had the angle covered as he looked to tuck it to the on-side, but the ball caught the glove and Goswami he got his first dismissal of the IPL. 

SRH produced a brilliant bowling effort. Jason Holder led the bowling attack with impressive figures of three for 25 runs. 

He sent back RCB skipper Kohli, Devdutt Padikkal and Shivam Dube which changed the whole momentum of the game in favour of SRH.

All-rounder Moeen Ali's dismissal against SRH got all shocked. The batsman was dismissed on a free hit via a run-out - the only way a batsman can get out in a free hit – thanks to the brilliant throw by Rashid Khan.

The incident took place in the 12th over of the RCB innings and Moeen Ali had the opportunity to get off the mark by using a free hit after Shahbaz Nadeem had overstepped in the previous delivery.

The SRH left-arm spinner fired one full around the off stump and Moeen dug it out and drove it towards the covers. Rashid Khan, who was standing inside the ring, collected the ball and threw it at the non-striker's end to knock off the stumps.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the quest to defend their below-par score of 131 were loud on the field. The players ramped up the noise levels as they tried to build up the pressure on SRH during the powerplay.

Wicketkeeper AB de Villiers was the most audible due to his closeness to the stump-mic and he interestingly shouted "run him out" while SRH captain David Warner and Manish Pandey were in the middle.

Washington Sundar was bowling to Warner and before the ball could reach the batsman, AB whipped off the bails with his gloves. Sundar was given a no-ball and SRH received a free-hit.

It was at this instance that the wicketkeeper shouted "run him out" while SRH captain and Manish Pandey were in the middle.

Warner was on strike and he chose a shot towards midwicket where Devdutt Padikkal collected the ball.

Even before Padikkal could get to the ball, de Villiers was shouting at him to run the batsman out. Warner and Pandey, however, successfully completed the run.
