CM Vasundhara Raje inspects venue, checks out seating map

As part of the efforts for a hassle free preparation, chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Thursday, visited the venue of the rally, Amrudon ka Bagh.

With just one day left for prime minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Jaipur, preparations are being done on the war footing so as no stone is left unturned to make the PM’s visit a successful one.

As part of the efforts for a hassle free preparation, chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Thursday, visited the venue of the rally, Amrudon ka Bagh. She inspected every nook and corner of the venue, climbed up the stage and oversaw all the arrangements in detail. Several officials and key ministers of her Cabinet accompanied Raje during her visit. The entire area of Amrudon ka Bagh has been cordoned off by the security agencies in view of PM’s visit.

For the entire Thursday the cops kept on visiting the venue while on the other side of the road at the SMS Stadium, IAF helicopters continued their rehearsals, for the second day.

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) and Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) too are involved in the beautification works of the city and the BJP workers too were seen busy putting the party flags on JLN Marg, Tonk Road and on Sehkaar Marg. Hoardings giving information about various government schemes have also been put up on the road dividers. 

For example, at the Bais Godam Circle, a huge hoarding on the Centre’s Ujjwala scheme has been put up. Likewise, in various parts of the city, similar hoardings branding government schemes have been put up. The JMC officials are busy cleaning up the city in view of PM’s visit.
