‘Don’t just focus on transfers but work to secure 2nd term’: Rao Rajendra Singh

On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Narendra Modi government, Modi Marathon and Eminent Citizen Conference were organised on Sunday. The issue of transfer of government employees has emerged in the Conference organised by BJP’s Jaipur District Unit. Addressing the conference, the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Rao Rajendra Singh, advised the workers, “You should not get too involved with the transfers of your loved ones. All of you should makes efforts so that the party’s government secures a second tenure.” 

In the conference organised in Civil Lines area, Singh said, “The government has done so many works of development but we talking about transfers.”  The BJP first benefited the Dalits and laid the foundation for their economic and social development. The government has even tried to make the working class happy by removing the ban from transfers in the election year. The impact of this transfer season is affecting the party workers and the workers are now seen running for transfers in election time, he added. 

BJP state in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna said, “We are taking our report card among the public.” Refuting anti-incumbency, he also counted several plans of the Center and the state governments. Speaking at the conference, Rajpal Singh said that BJP’s politics is about the development of the nation. 

In the programme, Jaipur District President DD Kumawat and MLA of Jaipur District were also present. Meanwhile in another programme, the BJP MLAs, ministers and leaders participated in the Modi Marathon organised by Jaipur City Yuva Morcha. 

State BJP in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna, former state president Ashok Parnami, state general secretary (organisation) Chandrashekhar flagged off Modi Marathon from Amar Jawan Jyoti. Thousands of party workers ran with BJP flags and wearing dupatta and PM Modi’s badges.

BJP’s senior party workers from Jaipur rural constituency will be honoured by BJP national president Amit Shah. The function would be held in auditorium at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on June 8. Those workers who worked for the party from the time of Jan Sangh till the year 2000, would be honoured in the function.
