The state BJP is not only adopting Gujrat’s “Development Model” but also its “Organization model.” Due to the organizational structure of the party, BJP is winning consecutively in Gujarat. Now, the same organizational pattern is being readied in Rajasthan.
In order to win the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly by elections and general elections, the state BJP has started preparing “Panna Pramukh” in Rajasthan on the lines of Gujarat.
Firstly, “Panna Pramukh“ is being made in the constituencies which are heading for bypolls. After the by-elections, “Panna Pramukh” will be made across the state.
Following the historic victory in Lok Sabha elections in 2014, the BJP has adopted Gujarat's organizational model for organizational expansion and strengthening nationwide.
In this connection, work was done to eliminate ward unit and build booth committee. The concept of booth committee has been in vogue in Gujarat for years. Booth committees have been formed in Rajasthan in the last three years. Following this, an important concept emerged as “Panna Pramukh”. The BJP's national president Amit Shah appointed an in-charge (Panna Pramukh) for every page of the voting list in Gujarat. So that the BJP worker can reach every voter and the responsibility of the party worker is fixed. Due to this “Panna Pramukh” concept, the BJP has won Gujarat for the sixth consecutive time. In Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections, the concept of the “Panna Pramukh” was also adopted and the result is there for everyone to witness
Rajasthan, whoch goes to poes in 2018 December is fast pulling up its socks and has also adopted this pattern.
According to BJP officials, the first booth committee has now been formed at all the 49,000 polling booths across the state. After completion of this work, project “Panna Pramukh” has been initiated.
Ajmer and Alwar Lok Sabha constituencies and in the Mandalgarh assembly constituency bypolls is knocking. As a result, the party has swiftly swung into action and initiated the Panna project here. State General Secretary (organization) Chandra Shekhar himself is monitoring the work." There are 600 to 12000 voters (approx) in a polling booth. A “Panna Pramukh” will be fixed for a page of the voter list. There are about 60 voters on one page. A BJP worker will be in charge of each page consisting 60 voters.
