Launched a few weeks back, Congress Party’s ‘Rajasthan Ka Report Card’ campaign after covering several constituencies of the state has now reached Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s constituency Jhalrapatan.
The campaign which was launched by Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee President Sachin Pilot as a measure of BJP MLAs’ performance of the last 5 years by their own people has been successful in terms of engagement from the people of the state and is also a first of its kind exercise.
Rajasthan Ka Report Card campaign has been featuring various constituencies in all these days with record-breaking response from viewers, yesterday reached CM Raje’s constituency Jhalrapatan, featuring her performance of the last 5 years as assessed by the people from her constituency.
So far, there has been no retort or clarification from BJP’s side to this campaign, which could cost them heavy as this silence can be construed accordingly. RPCC President Sachin Pilot shall be visiting Jhalrapatan to address the people of the area regarding Congress’s plans for the region and state on the whole, which is in a way symbolic of the synchronicity of Congress party’s ground and digital campaigning and can also be seen as a strategy of striking the iron when it’s the hottest.
Interestingly, Rajasthan Ka Report Card has amassed 6.9 million hits on Facebook as compared to BJP Rajasthan’s total hits of 1.4 million. Over the course of last few weeks, Rajasthan Ka Report Card campaign has been packing political punches with its content, presentation and authenticity in terms of raising issues directly from the ground.
