The top eight actresses from the film industry walked the ramp for Salman Khan's 'Being Human' show at India Couture Week in Mumbai.

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu Karisma Kapoor, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherjee and Sushmita Sen dazzled the floor on Saturday to collect funds for the charity, which works for the underprivileged children.

The theme for the show was "Fashion through the ages", so the actresses sported outfits from different eras.

They were decked up in Manish Malhotra's creations and diamond jewellery by Forevermark.

Actor Saif Ali Khan, industrialist Sanjay Kapur and veteran actress Helen were also present on the occasion.

Saif Ali Khan seemed excited about the idea of mixing glamour with social cause.

"I do not think it is about the competition. Like we said it is a great charity tonight, I think it is wonderful that everyone showed up and did this gesture from their side, so it is great and a yes for the charity Being Human," said Saif Ali Khan.

Bipasha Basu, who sported a 1950s style dress, seemed excited about the whole idea of being a part of the charity show.

"Salman is doing a fantastic work for the underprivileged children. We are all here to support that and actually had a lot of fun because the sequence created was fabulous and I think the stylist Anaita Shroff did a fabulous job and also Alvira did the show very well and revisiting 1950s was fun for me," said Basu.

Actress Priyanka Chopra enjoyed the theme of the show and appreciated the noble cause 'Being Human' does for the underprivileged children.

"An organization being human is basically for humanity and nobody would say no for such a good cause. Anybody who believes in giving would do something like that" said Chopra.

Salman Khan's show 'Being Human' was a part of the fourth day of India Couture Week being held in Mumbai.

The NGO 'Being Human' raises funds by selling T-shirts, watches and other accessories along with Salman Khan's original paintings.
